A short tour of the product
The homepage has a 30-second video of signing up, connecting your AirTags and the route map. New accounts also get one hint at a time, from sign-up through to a connected account.
-
Improved
Euro prices across Europe
Visitors from the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the Western Balkans and the EU countries outside the euro now see and pay prices in euros.
-
Fixed
Connecting works again
On 13 October Apple began refusing sign-ins from tools like ours, so new connections failed with “This action cannot be completed at this time.” Connecting works again from 14 October. AirTags that were already connected kept updating throughout.
-
Improved
No more waiting for a code that never comes
When Apple already trusts the sign-in, the connect wizard now finishes on its own instead of asking for a code Apple never sent.
-
Fixed
We tell you when Apple signs you out
If Apple ends your session, the dashboard asks you to reconnect and we email you straight away. Before, the account could look connected while no new locations arrived.

A clearer billing page
Billing shows your current plan and a timeline of when a new pass would start. Always On subscribers can switch between monthly and yearly.
-
Fixed
Connecting fixed after an Apple change
From 10 to 16 September, connecting failed at the passcode step after Apple changed which sign-ins it accepts. Accounts that were already connected kept updating.

New
Tags that never report are paused, not forgotten
If a tag sends no location for 48 hours, we pause it, email you, and show a Resume button on the dashboard.

An email when a tag goes quiet
If a tag's location stops changing for 48 hours, for example after a battery change, we email you so you can check on it.
-
Fixed
Map pins work on iPhone
Tapping a pin on the dashboard map now opens it on iPhone, and a tap that only just misses still counts.

New
Open any location in Google Maps
Every pin and every point on a tag's trail has a link that opens that spot in Google Maps, so you can get directions there.
-
Improved
Satellite view and a clearer map
Both maps can switch to satellite imagery, the trail is a thick blue line, and on a phone the tag list slides out of the way to show more map.
-
New
Disconnect your Apple account
Settings now has a Disconnect button. We delete the Apple session and your AirTag keys, and keep your location history so you can still browse it.
-
New
AirTag History is live
Sign up at airtaghistory.com with your email or Google, connect your AirTags in a few steps in the browser, and see them on a full-screen map. Your Apple ID password is used once and never stored.

Place names instead of coordinates
Each tag in the list shows a short name for the place it's at, not just latitude and longitude.
-
Improved
The dashboard keeps itself up to date
New locations appear on the map and in the list every 30 seconds, without reloading the page.
-
New
Rewind where your tags have been
A slider under the map steps back through every saved location, so you can see where a tag was at any moment.
-
New
All your tags on one map
The dashboard opens on a single map with every tag's latest location.

New
The first version
A dashboard that saves every location your AirTags report and lists each tag's history, so an old location is kept instead of being replaced by the next one.
