Who builds AirTag History

AirTag History is built by Grega Kespret, who wrote it before shipping a car and a household from Tacoma to Ljubljana — after searching for an AirTag location history tool, finding nothing that actually worked, and building it for himself.

Why this exists

In 2026 I prepared to move a household and a car from Tacoma to Ljubljana. I wanted to put AirTags in the boxes and track their location history throughout the move. When I searched for a tool to record AirTag location history, I found nothing that actually worked — Tag Timelines claimed to do it, but it turned out to be just a landing page with no real product underneath.

So I built AirTag History for myself. I connected my Apple ID and started tracking before the car was shipped. When the shipment sat in Colón for eleven days, every location report was recorded and preserved. I wrote this to keep the route history Apple discards.
