  1. Agreement

    These Terms of service govern your use of the AirTag History website and service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to the Data privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

  2. Eligibility and accounts

    AirTag History is not directed at children under 16. You must provide accurate account details, keep your password and account access secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

  3. The service

    AirTag History turns location reports for AirTags and supported Find My accessories registered to the Apple ID you connect into a timestamped history. Apple’s Find My network and its availability are outside our control. AirTag History is independent of Apple, and Apple’s terms continue to apply to your use of its products and services.

  4. Acceptable use

    AirTag History is for tracking belongings, not people. You may use it only for AirTags and supported Find My accessories registered to the Apple ID you connect. You must not:

    • use the service to track, monitor, harass, or endanger another person;
    • circumvent Apple’s unknown-tracker safety features or use an item that is not yours;
    • use the service unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights; or
    • interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.

    Our Acceptable Use policy is part of these Terms.

  5. Your data

    You retain the rights you have in your AirTag and supported Find My accessory location history. You give us the limited permission needed to process it to provide and secure AirTag History, as described in the Data privacy policy.

  6. Service changes and availability

    AirTag History is an early-stage service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve it. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

  7. Ownership

    AirTag History and its original software, design, and content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you permission to copy, modify, sell, or use them beyond what is needed to use the service.

  8. Disclaimer and liability

    The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that a location report will be received, accurate, complete, or available at a particular time. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

  9. Suspension and termination

    We may suspend or end access to the service if you breach these Terms, create a security risk, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

  10. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version here and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use AirTag History after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
